What You’ll Do:✔️ Manage accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), reconciliations, and cash flow
✔️ Ensure accurate financial records to support business decision-making
✔️ Work with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, payroll systems, and FP&A tools
✔️ Assist with
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning What We’re Looking For:✅ Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) & Excel
✅ Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
✅ Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
✅ Willingness to adapt to Pacific Time (PST) with 5-6 hours of overlap, primarily in the evening.
✅ Must be based in Latin America.
