We’re looking for an Accounting Foundation Lead to support our clients with accurate financial management, insightful reporting, and streamlined processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage AR, AP, reconciliations, and cash flow
- Ensure accurate financial reporting & compliance
- Oversee payroll and budgeting/forecasting
- Work with QBO, Bill.com, payroll systems, and FP&A tools
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in accounting/finance (QBO & Excel expertise required)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP & financial analysis
- Experience with payroll systems & FP&A tools
- Based in Latin America, with 5–6 hours overlap in PST
