This is a client-facing role focused on driving engagement, accountability, and results. You will guide students through their journey, track progress, and proactively ensure they stay on track and successfully complete the program.
We are looking for someone with 2โ4+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or administrative/operations roles, who is highly organized, proactive, and confident holding others accountable in a supportive way.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with people, and takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
