We are seeking a highly capable Part-Time Executive Virtual Assistant to support a visionary leader across business, family, and community responsibilities. This role combines operations, scheduling, bookkeeping, property management, forum/coaching support, and marketing coordination.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant, is proactive, adaptable, detail-focused, and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Outlook, YNAB, Kajabi, Skool, and social media). Strong organizational skills, advanced English proficiency (C1–C2), discretion, and professionalism are essential. Candidates must also have a stable internet connection and their own computer.
