A boutique U.S.-based luxury travel agency is hiring an experienced Sabre Travel Coordinator to support a busy travel advisor with family, multi-generational, and luxury travel planning. This is a 100% remote, full-time role for LATAM-based candidates aligned with Pacific Time business hours.
You'll build customized itineraries, book flights in Sabre GDS, coordinate with hotels and suppliers, communicate with clients in a warm and professional tone, and keep invoicing and commissions in order. The agency's business is built on relationships, referrals, and repeat clients — not transactional sales — so the right person is calm, detail-obsessed, service-minded, and ready to take ownership from day one.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in travel, hospitality, or tourism
- Sabre GDS proficiency (7/10 or higher) — flight bookings
- Recent personal travel experience
- Advanced English (C1–C2)
- Windows OS, reliable internet, dedicated home office
- LATAM-based with Pacific Time overlap
Bonus: Cruise, DMC, or luxury hotel background; familiarity with Trello, Missive, Travefy, or Travel Joy.
