We’re helping our client grow their sales operations function and are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who can support leadership and client-facing teams through strong organization, communication, and administrative excellence.
This role is not about selling—it’s about driving clarity, ensuring accurate processes, maintaining CRM data, coordinating internal and external communications, and helping the sales and delivery teams stay aligned.
The right person will be structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones. This position is fully remote, ideal for professionals in LATAM who can collaborate with U.S. teams in CST/EST.
