We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Lead & Scrum Master to support complex, cross-functional implementation projects for a fast-paced U.S.-based consulting environment. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and structured professional who can coordinate technical teams, manage agile ceremonies, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure projects stay on track from discovery through deployment.
The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of project management experience, strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum, excellent communication skills, and proven success managing medium to large-scale business projects. Salesforce implementation experience is strongly preferred.
