What You'll Do:


Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging. ​


Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. ​


Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and client demands. ​


Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and progress tracking. ​


Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry developments to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients. ​


What We're Looking For:


Experience: A minimum of 4 years in B2B sales, specifically within IT solutions, staff augmentation, or consulting services. ​


Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in English at a C1/C2 level.​


CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Apollo to manage and analyze client interactions. ​


Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of IT consulting and staffing models, enabling you to effectively address client needs. ​


Location: Candidates based in the LATAM region are preferred.​
