We are hiring a Supervisory & Accountability Coach / Client Success Lead to join a fast-growing international coaching and training company.
This is a senior, client-facing role that combines live coaching facilitation, accountability management, and client success ownership. You will work directly with students in a coaching certification program, guiding their progress, holding them accountable to their goals, and ensuring they successfully complete the program and achieve real results.
You will manage a portfolio of students, lead coaching sessions, track performance and milestones, and proactively identify and support at-risk individuals. This role requires someone who can balance empathy with structure, and confidently guide others through growth and transformation.
We are looking for a certified coach (ICF or equivalent required) with 2–4+ years of experience in coaching, customer success, community management, or program support roles, who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership positions, enjoys working closely with people, and takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
